BRIGANTINE, NJ – Have you ever wanted to become a marine mammal stranding technician or are you curious about what it takes to rescue and care for New Jersey’s stranded and often wounded marine mammals?

The Marine Mammal Stranding Center is offering registrations for a summer program that allows you and your family to become the marine biologist in training.

There’s a 4th of July week camp coming up where you can join MMSC educators on a simulated sea turtle and dolphin rescue using actual stranding equipment to experience what it is like to be a Stranding Technician.

“You can even add a “Marine Biologist in Training” shirt to your program,” the MMSC said.

Reserve your family’s program online today at the following link- https://mmsc.org/summer-programs
