Vandalism Suspect Sought in Francisville

PHILADELPHIA, PA – On May 21, 2022, at 12:00pm an unknown black male was captured on surveillance video on the 2000 block of Cambridge Street kicking out four residential garage door windows causing an estimated at $1,000 in damage. The suspect then walked away north on Cambridge Street.
