Four Injured in Western Baltimore Shooting

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that left two men and two women injured on Friday night. This incident happened on the 1800 block of West Lafayette Avenue in Western Baltimore. Three were at the scene and a 21 year-old woman was a walk-in shooting victim.

According to detectives, “At approximately 10:30 p.m., Western District patrol officers responded to the 1800 block of West Lafayette Avenue, for a report of a shooting. Once there, officers located a 50-year-old female and a 33 and 46-year-old male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Medics transported the victims to area hospitals with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. At approximately 10:51 p.m., officers were advised of a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital. Upon arrival , officers located a 21-year-old female suffering from an apparent non-life-threatening gunshot wound.”

An initial investigation showed that three victims were on the 1800 block of Lafayette Avenue when an unidentified suspect started shooting. A 21-year-old female victim was driving on that block when she was shot.
