Body Of Teen Shot And Burned Found Along Baltimore Train Tracks

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a murder that took place Wednesday evening that took the life of an 18 year-old. The victim’s body was found on the 2500 Block of Georgetown Road in Morrell Park in Baltimore.

According to detectives, “On June 22, 2022, at approximately 7:22 p.m., officers responded to the 2500 block of Georgetown Road when an unidentified male was found severely burned neared the railroad tracks. Baltimore City Medics also responded and pronounced the male deceased at the scene. The deceased’s remains were transported to the Medical Examiner’s office where an autopsy was performed. On June 23, 2022, homicide detectives were informed by medical examiner doctors that the deceased died as a result of being shot in the head, and that this incident is a homicide.”

18-year-old Jeremiah Williamson was identified as the victim.
