SFPD Arrests Two Armed Robbery Suspects 22-082

On Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at approximately 2:55 p.m., San Francisco Police officers from Northern Station responded to Fillmore and Broadway Streets regarding a report of an armed robbery. Officers arrived on scene and met with the adult female victim who stated that while she was walking, she was robbed of her backpack and cell phone by an unknown suspect who pointed a gun at her. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle and officers obtained the description of the vehicle, which was broadcasted over the radio.

Officers searched for the suspect vehicle and officers from Northern Station located a vehicle matching the description in the Tenderloin. Officers affected a traffic stop on the 500 block of O’Farrell Street with the vehicle, which was occupied by a driver and a passenger. Through the course of the investigation the driver and the passenger were identified as the suspects of the armed robbery. Officers developed probable cause to arrest the suspects, who were identified as 21-year-old male, Davion Calvin from Vallejo, CA and the passenger 21-year-old female, Trinity Kilson also from Vallejo, CA.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the recovery of the victim’s stolen property and the seizure of two loaded firearms, two extended magazines, and additional ammunition. Photos of the firearms accompany this release.

Kilson was transported to the San Francisco County Jail and was booked for the felony charges of robbery (211 PC), conspiracy (182 PC), possession of stolen property (496(a) PC), assault with a firearm (245 (a)(2) PC), assault with a semiautomatic firearm (245 b PC), carrying a concealed firearm (25400 (a) PC), carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle (25850 (a) PC), using a firearm in commission of a felony (12022.5a PC), using a firearm in commission of a felony (12022(a)(1) PC), using a deadly weapon in commission of a felony (12022(b)(1) PC), enhancement for robbery (12022.53 PC), unlawful possession of a machinegun (32625(a) PC), possession of an assault weapon (30605(a) PC), carrying a loaded firearm by a non-registered person (25850(c)6 PC), driving without a license (12500 CVC), and possession a large-capacity magazine (32310(a)PC).


Calvin was also transported to the San Francisco County Jail and was booked for the felony charges of robbery (211 PC), assault with a firearm (245(a)(2) PC), assault with a semiautomatic firearm (245 b PC), possession of stolen property (496 PC), 2 counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle (25850 (a) PC), 2 counts carrying a concealed firearm in a vehicle (25400(a)(1) PC), and driving without a license (12500 CVC).
