Jackson Police Announce Graduation of Newest Motorcycle Patrol Officers

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, NJ – Jackson Township police have announced the addition of three officers to the department’s motorcycle unit.

According to the department, four officers have recently graduated from the Philadelphia Highway Patrol Motorcycle School.

“Officers had to endure this very exhaustive and demanding 80 hour training course which tested their riding capabilities and in turn earned them their Highway Wings,” the department said. “These Wings symbolize the qualifications of the motor officer, not only skilled in the safe operation of the police motorcycle, but professional character, integrity and appearance.”

Officers Robert Reiff, Randall Trasky, Matthew Colangelo and Tristan Bennett have successfully completed their training and earned their wings.
