14-Year-Old Missing Since Friday From North 15th Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA –

The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Missing Juvenile Rihanna Alvarado. She was last seen on Friday July 1, 2022, at 12:15 pm, on the 16xx block of N 15th Street.

She is 5’2, 110 lbs. thin build, brown eyes, light brown hair, light brown complexion and no clothing description given.
