Like a Rhinestone Cowgirl, Woman Assaults Clerk, Bedazzled by $250 Score

NEW YORK, NY – A woman assaulted an employee inside a gold and jewelry store and stole a box of rhinestones, the New York City Police Department said. The woman entered the shop at 350 Miller Avenue in East New York and pushed a 45-year-old worker against the wall before removing a box of rhinestones valued at $250. She then fled the scene.
