Teen Charged for March Murder of Juvenile in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, PA – A Pittsburgh man is in jail for the shooting death of a young resident in March. Police have arrested and charged 18-year-old Shaun Scott of Pittsburgh with the homicide of a juvenile male in Homewood on March 30, 2022 on N. Homewood Avenue.

The victim died from a gunshot wound to the head.

Scott faces multiple charges including Criminal Homicide, Possession of a Firearm by a Minor, and Carrying a Firearm without a License. Scott is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
