BALTIMORE, MD – A 17-year-old was taken to the hospital after being shot in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood of Baltimore, just outside the Inner Harbor.
According to police, on Monday, at approximately 12:42 a.m., patrol officers responded to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim.
“Once there, officers located a 17-year-old male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound,” police reported. “Detectives believe the shooting occurred in the 400 block of South Bentalou Street, where a crime scene was located.”
No further information was provided. No suspects are in custody.
