Silver Alert Issued for Missing Man in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – A Silver Alert has been issued for a man missing in Baltimore since last week. Police say 69-year-old James Neal Lynch, 6’3, 214 lbs was Last seen on Friday, July 8 at 10 am in the Towson area. Lynch may be driving a white 2017 Buick Verano MD tag 4DA8115.
