D.C. Suspect Arrested For Pointing Gun At Victims During Argument

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department has made an arrest in an assault with a dangerous weapon incident that took place last night. This incident happened on the 2300 block of Southern Avenue in Southeast, D.C.

According to detectives, “At approximately 11:34 pm, the suspect and victims were engaged in a verbal altercation at the listed location. The suspect brandished a handgun, pointed it at the victims and made a threat. The suspect then fled the scene.”

41 year-old Carl Raphael Johnson III of Southeast, D.C. was arrested yesterday and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
