Cumberland Police Blotter: Here’s What Happened

CUMBERLAND, MD – The Cumberland Police Department has released information about the following criminal events that took place on Thursday, July 27th.

The Cumberland City Police arrested Domenico Robert Ienzi, 29, of Cumberland MD. Ienzi was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court. The Warrant alleged that Ienzi failed to appear in District Court on July 19th, 2022, on a previous charge of Driving on a Suspended License. Ienzi was taken before the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was released on his own personal recognizance.

The Cumberland City Police arrested Jessica Lynn MIller, 38, of Cumberland MD. Miller was arrested on two outstanding Bench Warrants issued by the Allegany County District Court. The warrants alleged that Miller failed to appear in District Court on July 25th, 2022, on previous charges of trespassing and theft. Miller was taken before the District Court Commissioner for her Initial Appearance where she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. She is currently being held on $3000 bond.

The Cumberland City Police arrested Kevin Paul Bailey, 35, of Cumberland MD. Bailey was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court. The Warrant alleged that Bailey failed to appear in District Court on July 26th, 2022, on previous charges of obstructing and hindering, and false statement to a police officer. Bailey was taken before the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $2000 bond.

The Cumberland City Police arrested Jon Christopher Vanetta Jr, 33, of Cumberland MD. Vanetta was arrested on an outstanding Bench Warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court. The Warrant alleged that Vanetta failed to appear in District Court on July 22nd, 2022, on previous charges of driving without a license. Vanetta was taken before the District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held on $1000 bond.
