SEA BRIGHT, NJ – Police say the body of Henry Potter, 64, of Highlands was found on an unguarded beach in the northern section of the borough on Wednesday. He was pronounced dead at the scene by local authorities.

Potter’s body was found Wednesday at around 4 pm. Sea Bright Fire and Rescue arrived at the scene and attempted CPR, but by 6 pm, he was pronounced dead. It is unknown at this time where Potter entered the water and whether he drowned or suffered from a medical episode.
