JERSEY CITY, NJ – On television, rapper Ice-T is a police detective. In real life, he is an ex-rapper and television star who is getting ready to open a marijuana dispensary in Jersey City. Ice-T and a business partner have been approved by state officials to open the dispensary in Jersey City.
