EAST LANSDOWNE, PA- The East Lansdowne Police Department has arrested Tristan Armand Long on Thursday for a shooting that took place in June.

Officers were dispatched to Baltimore and Melrose Avenues on a report of a shooting on June 10. Officer Kevin Myers discovered several shell casings on the sidewalk when he arrived. A victim was then located with a bullet hole in his driver’s door.

“The victim stated that as he was driving north on Melrose Ave, the shooter discharged at least two rounds at his vehicle, with one bullet striking his car door just below the driver’s side window,” according to police. Video surveillance footage from nearby businesses that confirmed the victim’s account of events were recovered later.

Long turned himself in to the police last Monday. He was arrested and was committed to Dauphin County Prison on $900,000 bail.
