Unruly Aldi Customer Wanted on Arrest Warrant

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Sunday, July 31, 2022, at 4:58 p.m., Officer Biel responded to Aldi for a report of an unruly customer.  Upon arrival, Officer Biel met with the assistant manager who advised a customer, Daniel DConti, 44, of Jackson Township, had a history of being aggressive with customer service after they refused to allow him to return items to the store.

The assistant manager requested Officer Biel to make formal notification to Daniel that he is no longer welcome at the store.  It was later learned that Daniel had an active Failure to Appear warrant for $550 out of Manchester Township.  Daniel was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing.  Daniel was later released on his own recognizance.
