37 Year-Old Shot in Western Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place in the vicinity of the 1300 Block of North Carey Street in Western Baltimore. This shooting took place yesterday morning.

Police say, “At approximately 10:43 a.m., a Southwest District patrol officer was driving in the 1900 block of Edmondson Avenue, when a motorist pulled up beside the officer and advised him that his passenger had been shot. Medics responded to the scene and transported the 37-year-old male victim to an area hospital for treatment. The preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was shot in the 1300 Block of North Carey Street.”
