BROOKLYN PARK, MD – On August 14, 2022, at approximately 1:40 a.m., officers responded for a carjacking at the Shoppers Express located at 714 Church Street in Brooklyn Park. The victim was parked in front of the business when two unknown suspects approached.
One of the suspects displayed a handgun and demanded the vehicle, a 2018 Hyundai Sonata. The victim got out of the car, and the suspects fled east on Church Street. No injuries were reported as a result of this incident.
