Deal Road Shut Down After Late Night Crash Takes Down Utility Pole

OCEAN TOWNSHIP, NJ – Deal Road in Ocean Township was closed overnight after a crash downed a utility pole, knocking out power.

“Due to a motor vehicle crash during the overnight hours, Deal Road westbound is closed from Monmouth Road to Shadow Lawn Drive. The power company is working as quickly as possible to restore power in this area. Please plan accordingly,” police said last night.
