JACKSON TOWNSHIP, PA – The two suspects pictured are wanted for questioning in a theft that took place on 08.21.22 at Morningstar Markets. Morningstar Markets is located at 5309 Lincoln Highway in Jackson Township.
According to police, the suspects agreed to purchase five gold coins from a vendor.
“The actors counted out cash on the business counter as they talked to each other. During the transaction, the heavier male would pick up some of the cash that he had laid out to pay for the coins,” Northern York County police said. “The heavier male would hand cash to the slimmer male who would pocket the cash that was placed out to complete the purchase. The victim did not realize that suspects had short changed him until he was counting the cash after the males had left the area.”
