New York City man with twenty prior convictions tased wife, threatened to shoot her

NEW YORK, NY – Police in Queens responded to a domestic disturbance call where a husband attempted to shoot his wife with a taser and threatened her with a gun. New York City police officers from the 113th Precinct responded to the call Sunday night.

According to the call from 911, the call was a domestic disturbance call where a woman was being assaulted by her husband. Once on scene, the husband was arrested. Police later found out that the man had twenty prior convictions before that night. Police recovered guns and ammunition and charged the suspect accordingly. The suspect’s name was not released at this time.
