Boothwyn Man Charged for Trespassing After Climbing onto CSX Trains

CUMBERLAND, MD – A Pennsylvania man was charged for trespassing after climbing on top of CSZ commercial freight train.

On Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at approximately 6:15 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the 700 block of Virginia Avenue for a trespassing complaint. Police contacted the complainant who advised that a male subject had been climbing onto the CSX train engines. The officer was able to locate John Kealey, 43, of Boothwyn, trespassing on the railroad tracks. Kealey was arrested and transported to the police station. He was later released on criminal citations pending trial at District Court.
