Syracuse Police Say Goodbye to Retiring Detective

SYRACUSE, NY – The Syracuse Police Department is saying goodbye to one of its veterans. Detective Jerry Mosqued has put down the badge after a long career in law enforcement.

“The Syracuse Police Department would like to congratulate Detective Jerry Mosqueda on his retirement. During his career he continuously displayed the honor and privilege of serving the citizens of the City of Syracuse,” the department said in a statement. “On behalf of the members of the Syracuse Police Department, we offer our best wishes for the future and sincere congratulations. Happy Retirement.”
