Police say intoxicated driver had two flat tires and didn’t know

DENVILLE, NJ – Police in Danville arrested a twenty-three-year-old man for driving while intoxicated after noticing he had been driving his vehicle with two flat tires.

The incident took place on Wednesday along Route 10 west. Police said they initiated a traffic stop and subsequently charged Yoni N. Giron-Gardena.

In addition to a Driving Under the Influence charge, Gardena was charged with driving without a license, reckless driving, delaying traffic, careless driving, no insurance, and operating an unsafe vehicle.
