Lacey Police Arrest Two on Warrants at Lacey Inn

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ – The Lacey Township Police Department has announced that you made two arrests at the Lacey Inn against motel guests with active arrest warrants.

On Friday, September 2, at 11:53 p.m., Officers responded to the Lacey Inn to serve an arrest warrant on a guest that was staying at the motel. 

“Upon their arrival, officers made contact with Stanley O’Donnell, 53, of Bayville.  Stanley was found to have an outstanding warrant originating out of the Berkeley Township Municipal Court.  Stanley was arrested and transported to police headquarters, and later turned over to the Berkeley Township Police Department, without incident,” Chief Michael DiBella said in a public statement today.

On Saturday, September 3, at 12:15 a.m., officers responded again to the Lacey Inn to serve an arrest warrant on a guest that was staying at the motel. 


“Upon their arrival, officers made contact with Paul Russo, 49, of Mount Arlington.  Paul was found to have an outstanding warrant originating out of the Ocean County Superior Court.  Paul was arrested and transported to police headquarters, and later lodged in the Ocean County Correctional Facility, without incident,” DiBella said.
