Woman Shot In Head And Killed In Baltimore Car

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A woman was shot in the head and killed in a vehicle in Southwest Baltimore on Sunday afternoon. This incident happened on the 2600 block of Frederick Avenue.

According to police, “At approximately 12:50 p.m., Southwest District patrol officers responded to the rear of the 2600 block of Frederick Avenue to investigate an unresponsive person seated inside a vehicle slumped over. Once at the location, officers located an unidentified female victim suffering from trauma to the left side of the head. The victim was pronounced deceased by medics on the scene. The victim was transported to the Medical Examiner’s office, where a post-mortem examination determined the cause of death to be an apparent gunshot wound to the head.”
