Bronx Clerk Slashed While Confronting Shoplifter

NEW YORK, NY – A shoplifter slashed a Bronx business owner after he confronted the man as he attempted to leave his store. On September 7th, the New York City Police Department reported that at around 5:15 p.m. A man entered the store and proceeded to take items. As the shoplifter attempted to exit the store, the 32-year-old worker confronted the man, who slashed him with an unknown object, according to police.
