Baltimore Man Charged for Attempted Murder in August Shooting

BALTIMORE, MD – On August 22, 2022, at approximately 11:47 p.m., Southern District patrol officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of Washington Boulevard to investigate a reported shooting.

When officers arrived at the location, they observed an adult male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

Through the course of their investigation, Southern District Shooting detectives were able to identify a suspect.

On September 9, 2022, 44-year-old Eric Davis was arrested and formally charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.

Eric Davis is currently being held at the Baltimore City Central Booking Intake Facility.
