Manchester police issue missing person alert for 60-year-old man

MANCHESTER, NJ – A sixty-year-old Manchester man suffering from dementia and using a walker to get around has been reported missing by the Manchester Police Department.

According to the Manchester Township Police Department, 60-year-old Charles DiBiase was last seen early Sunday morning in the area of the Silverwoods Independent Living and Senior Apartments on Route 37 West.

“Charles was last seen wearing a brown zip-up hoodie, light grey sweatpants, and black and white slip on sneakers,” police said in a statement. “Charles does not currently operate any vehicles and uses a walker.”


Department says mr. DiBiase goes by the nickname of Bloom.

Please have already exhausted net worth investigating measures to find after DiBiase, but his location remains unknown. Police are asking residents to contact Rochester Police Department headquarters if they see him or have any information about his whereabouts.

Charles goes by the name “Bloom” and has dementia and multiple sclerosis. Numerous investigative steps have already been taken to locate Charles; however, his location remains unknown at this time.
