29-year-old carjacked at gunpoint while getting gas in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA, PA –  The Philadelphia Police Department is investigating another armed carjacking at a gas station while the victim was getting gas.  This time yesterday that happened October 1st at around 10 p.m. 5901 Wissahickon Avenue.

“The victim parked his vehicle at the gas pump at the Sunoco at 5901 Wissahickon Ave. While parked a white transit van pulled up and parked in front of him,” the Philadelphia Police Department said in a statement today. “When the victim exited the store and walked back to his car four masked males with guns jumped out of the white van and robbed the victim of his car. The Chrysler went south on Wissahickon Ave, and the van went north.”
