Reba McEntire can now add another accolade to her ever-growing resume: restaurateur. The country singer is opening her own restaurant and live music venue in Atoka, OK in 2022 and it’s aptly named Reba’s Place.


Charlotte, NC – Brown Bag
Brown Bag Seafood Co. expects to open its first Charlotte restaurants in 2022. The Chicago-based, fast-casual seafood chain has snapped up two locations. It is known for dishing up quick, fresh and sustainably sourced seafood.

Shenandoah, TX – Fish Camp & Oyster Bar
Goode Company Restaurants, one of Houston’s most iconic brands, is adding a new concept to its family of award-winning restaurants: Goode Co. Fish Camp & Oyster Bar, which will open in The Woodlands area. The new concept will be located at 8865 Six Pines Drive, Suite 100, in the space which previously operated as Goode Co. Barbeque. It is expected to open in the early spring of 2022.

Allentown, PA – Sports & Social
The Hamilton Kitchen in the Two City Center Building, Allentown, has closed to make way for Sports & Social, a bar and restaurant that will open in the spring.

Denver, CO – Au Feu
When one hot chicken joint closes, a Montreal-inspired brasserie opens. That adage holds for restaurateur Jared Leonard, whose Budlong Hot Chicken will close after service on December 4 and transform into Au Feu, a dinner-focused spot serving Montreal-style smoked brisket, poutine, grilled oysters and more.
