Fast Growing Mediterranean Food Chain Among Top 100 Brands for Streamlining Operations and Enhancing Online Ordering; CEO and Founder Nour Rabai also Named to List of Top 25 Executives

PITA Mediterranean Street Food Recognized as a Top Restaurant Mover & ShakerAtlanta, GA  (-)  PITA Mediterranean Street Food, the fast growing chain serving fresh, made-to-order Mediterranean cuisine, has been recognized once again by Fast Casual magazine as one of the Top 100 Movers & Shakers. This is the third consecutive year that the Georgia-based brand has been named to this distinguished list that celebrates brands that are leading the fast casual restaurant industry in growth and sales accomplishments and also in setting trends and incorporating technology to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, PITA’s CEO and founder Nour Rabai was recognized among Fast Casual’s Top 25 Executives this year.

PITA earned the 52nd spot on the list for streamlining operations in response to consumer demands. This resulted in off-premise dining sales (including online orders and delivery) nearly tripling, due to enhanced online ordering.

“We are honored to be listed among the Top 100 Movers & Shakers for the third year,” says Rabai. “My biggest goal is for guests to experience the sights and smells of our freshly prepared foods as if they were in one of the various communities around the Mediterranean.”

PITA excels at creating the best customer experience possible for its guests. With recent enhancements to ordering processes and the addition of new menu options, the fast-growing franchise continues to put its guests first. As guests arrive at PITA, they are welcomed by the aroma of freshly prepared food from the eatery’s open kitchen displaying rotating vertical rotisseries full of gyro and kabobs flaming on the grill. All orders are made-to-order in front of guests while they watch as pitas are warmed, olive oil is drizzled, hummus is scooped and sizzling rotisserie meats are carved.
