Police investigating carjacking in Laurel

LAUREL, MD – A man was carjacked early Friday morning in Laurel. According to police, the incident took place at 4:58 am in the area of Washington Boulevard.

“An adult male victim reported that he was sitting in his vehicle when he was approached by a male suspect who displayed a handgun and forced the victim out of the vehicle,” police said. “The suspect, along with other suspects, then fled in the victim’s vehicle, a 2014 black Honda Accord with tags MD/3FB9738.”

No injuries were reported in the incident. Police say the suspects are four black males.
