New Jersey art teacher Roxsana Diaz is under fire after a viral photo taken of her during class has created a negative controversy for her. Diaz, whose curvy figure is being used against her in what can be deemed nothing short of harassment of a young woman doing her job.

While many support Diaz for showing body positivity, some are criticizing the video claiming because of how she is built physically, she should not be wearing clothing that reveals her body figure.

The photo was taken by a parent during class. Now she is facing criticism on the job after it went viral. The parent took the picture innocently and posted the picture because of the great job Diaz was doing with the children.

Viral photo of Ms. Diaz that sent the world into a tail spin.

The photo, which showed the entire classroom, has been cropped and shared all over the world. She has now written a book called “Little Buddy Meets the Art Teacher“.

In one headline, “NJ Teacher Taking ‘Booty Pics’ In Classroom Causes Controversy On Instagram” Diaz was criticized the 39-year-old Pennsauken elementary school art teacher’s Instagram page.

Diaz said this on Instagram to describe what most teachers deal with, especially female teachers.

“In case you don’t know this, in order to be a teacher, you have to live two different lives almost. As a teacher, you are personally responsible for the minds, emotions, and safety of other people’s most priced jewels, their children,” she said. “This means if I’m having a sad day, an off day, or even an angry day! You check those feelings at the door! The Teacher has to be able to handle daily blows, and endless amount of mood swings, must work well under pressure, be able to multitask , juggle , entertain, be a psychiatrist, comedian, counselor , mind reader, safety patrol, and an endless abundance of other things! When we are here, we must live for the students.”

Throughout the ordeal, Diaz has stayed positive and focused despite some very nasty comments sent her way on social media. Parents at the district for the most part support her and she said she has not been in any trouble with school officials. Rumors that she is going to lose her job are not true.
