U.S. President said he was only ‘allowed’ to take four questions during press conference

U.S. President Joe Biden is the leader of the free world and the most powerful man in America, but when it comes to talking to the press, he is under orders to not take too many questions. Orders by who? Nobody is sure, but this weekend the president told reporters he was told there were going to be four questions.

“I was told there were going to be four questions,” Biden said. “But I’m not going to take ten questions from each question, alright?”

Biden has been the first President to be under some form of media lockdown and control by those around him in American history. Past presidents in America often didn’t take orders from their staff in the way that has been apparent under Biden’s administration.

Biden’s press conferences and interactions with the media have often been scripted and confined to pre-determined lists of reporters allowed to ask the president questions.
