Amber alert issued for missing 13-year-old in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh Police Special Victims Unit detectives are asking for the public’s help to find a missing juvenile. Jaquan Groomes-Smith, 13, is described as 5’9, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen at Allegheny Traditional Academy Friday afternoon.
