16-year-old stabbed during fight at Staten Island Mall on Black Friday

STATEN ISLAND, NY – Police are investigating the stabbing of a 16-year-old male at the Staten Island Mall Friday night. According to police the teen was engaged in an argument with his assailant at around 8 pm when he was stabbed in the abdomen.

Another 16-year-old male was taken into custody by New York City police officers and is facing unknown charges at this time.

The injured teen was taken to Richmond University Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition.
