WASHINGTON, D.C. -The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department is looking for help identifying a suspect involved in an assault and attempted armed robbery that took place on December 6th.
Shortly after 12:30 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the 3800 block of Minnesota Avenue in Northeast D.C. and displayed his handgun. The victim was then assaulted. The suspect left the scene before any items were taken.
