D.C. Police Searching For Sexual Assault Suspect With Green Hair

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C Metro Police Sexual Assault unit is investigating a sexual abuse offense that took place late Tuesday morning in Northwest D.C. Police are asking for help identifying the suspect.

Police said that shortly after 11 am, “the suspect forcefully engaged in unwanted sexual contact with the victim, at the listed location. The suspect then fled the scene.”

The incident took place at the 1300 Block of Otis Place.

The suspect is described by police as a 20-40-year-old black male with green hair. He was wearing a dark trench coat and darker-colored pants.
