Levittown man stole $866,000 from New Jersey employer

WILLINGBORO, NJ – Police have arrested a Levittown man for stealing $866,000 from his employer in South Jersey.

According to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw, a 31-year-old Levittown, Pennsylvania man has been charged with stealing more than $866,000 from his Willingboro-based employer.

It was reported yesterday that Brian Myslinski, of Silverspruce Road, surrendered to the Prosecutor’s Office in Mount Holly. Financial Facilitation of Criminal Activity (First Degree), Computer Theft (First Degree), Theft by Unlawful Taking (Second Degree), Receiving Stolen Property (Second Degree), and Misapplication of Entrusted Property (Second Degree) were among the charges against him.


He was released yesterday following his appearance in Superior Court before the Honorable Christopher J. Garrenger, J.S.C. The case will be prepared for presentation to a grand jury for possible indictment.

In 2021, Radwell International contacted the BCPO Financial Crimes Unit with allegations that a former employee had conducted a theft and fencing operation while working there.

According to its website, “Radwell International stocks and sells new and surplus Industrial Automation, MRO, Pneumatic, Motion, Electronic, Hydraulic, HVAC and Electrical Control Equipment for plant floor and facilities maintenance machinery.”

Myslinski, a supervisor, used his knowledge of and access to the company’s internal systems to steal $866,834 worth of specialized merchandise, which he then sold directly to customers and on online platforms.

Further, the investigation revealed that Myslinski used more than $120,000 of the proceeds from the illegal sales to cover sports gambling debts, as well as purchasing a 1974 Dodge Charger classic car for $50,000, purchasing another vehicle for $20,000, paying for a vacation to Jamaica, purchasing Gucci and Louis Vuitton handbags and purses, as well as other high-end items.
