ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – The Atlantic City Police Department is advising motorists heading into and around the city to use caution and plan ahead for possible delays related to flooding.

The ACPD reported at around 9 am some roadways were beginning to experience flooding. Police remind drivers to avoid crossing through large areas of flooded roadways.

“We are beginning to see flooding on roadways throughout different portions of Atlantic City. Allow extra time to get to your destination, and do not drive through large bodies of water. Stay safe,” the department said.
