Federal judges are DROPPING THE HAMMER on new gun laws passed by Trenton Democrats, said Senator Michael Testa (R-1) and Senator Doug Steinhardt (R-23).

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy signed bills into law last year attacking 2nd Amendment rights and law-abiding firearm owners.
The federal judges said the laws are likely unconstitutional and blocked enforcement.
One law attempted to circumvent the United States Supreme Court’s ruling in Bruen by severely restricting concealed carry.
Another allowed the New Jersey Attorney General to sue the firearm industry just for doing business.
New Jersey Senate Republican lawmakers fought passage of the laws and cheered the rulings.
“It’s no surprise that the unconstitutional laws passed by Trenton Democrats to attack the rights of law-abiding firearm owners and businesses are falling like dominoes in federal court,” said Senator Michael Testa.
“That’s what happens when you move full steam ahead to pass clearly unconstitutional laws as Republicans repeatedly warned would happen,” Senator Doug Steinhardt added. “I will never vote to make criminals out of lawful gun owners.”
