18-Year-Old Female Shot In Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A young woman was shot in Southwest Baltimore early this morning. The shooting happened at the 900 Block of Franklintown Road.

The Baltimore Police Department arrived at the location just before 2 am to investigate a shooting report. At the location, police found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound to her leg. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Investigators found evidence of a verbal dispute between the victim, her friends, and an unidentified male suspect. Multiple shots were fired by the suspect at the victim and her friends, striking the victim.
