24-year-old beaten and robbed inside Brooklyn subway station

NEW YORK, NY – A 24-year-old man was beaten and robbed inside the Kings Highway subway station in Brooklyn recently. Today, police released photos of the suspects wanted in connection to the assault.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals who punched the victim multiple times in the face while trying to rob him.

“The victim, a 26-year-old male, was standing on the northbound N train platform of the Kings Highway subway station when five unknown male individuals approached the victim and attempted to grab the victim’s cell phone out of his hand,” police investigating the incident reported. “When the victim pulled his phone away from the individuals, they punched the victim several times in the face. The individuals were unsuccessful in removing the phone and fled on foot eastbound on Kings Highway toward West 7th Street.”


The victim was treated on scene for lacerations and bruises to the face.

The suspects remain at large. No arrests have been made.
