13-year-old reported missing in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, NY – Police in Brooklyn have reported a 13-year-old boy as missing on Saturday after he has not been seen since 10 am on Friday.

The New York City Police Department’s 79th Precinct in Brooklyn is asking the public to alert them if they know the whereabouts of Jonathan Rodriguez. He left his Lafayette Avenue home on Friday at 10 am by his family. He was last seen leaving the Urban Assembly Unison School located at 170 Gates Avenue.

He is described as being 5’ 3” tall, approximately 130 pounds, light complexion, brown eyes, and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black sneakers.


Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of this missing person is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
