LANDOVER, MD – On Sunday evening, 28-year-old Jibrell Moore of Capitol Heights was killed in a crash on Hill Road. According to the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit, who is investigating the incident, Moore lost control of his vehicle and struck a parked car.
The parked car then hit a second parked car, both of which were unoccupied.
