LOWER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, PA – On Friday, Juan Arvelo was arrested after an arrest warrant was issued for his involvement in a violent assault at the Capital City Mall on February 13. Arvelo, along with several other attackers, reportedly chased a juvenile victim through the mall before catching up to him in the parking lot.
The victim was thrown onto the pavement and repeatedly kicked in the head and ribs, sustaining multiple injuries. Arvelo now faces charges of Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, and Recklessly Endangering Another. The Lower Allen Township Police Department continues to investigate the incident and search for any additional suspects.
