Driver Arrested for DUI After Four-Vehicle Accident in Perkasie Borough

PERKASIE, PA – On March 21, 2023, at 8:16 p.m., Perkasie Borough Police responded to a four-vehicle accident on S. Main St. in Perkasie Borough. A Nissan Altima traveling on S. Main St. struck two parked vehicles, causing one of the parked vehicles to hit the vehicle in front of it. The striking vehicle was towed from the scene.

The driver of the Nissan Altima was taken into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance. Charges are pending blood test results. The driver was checked for injuries by Grandview EMS at the scene but refused treatment.
