Fatal Single-Vehicle Collision in Clinton Claims Life of Roland Beach Jr.

CLINTON, MD – The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal single-vehicle collision that occurred on the night of Friday. The deceased driver has been identified as 48-year-old Roland Beach Jr. of Clinton. At approximately 10:10 p.m., officers responded to the 8100 block of Old Alexandria Ferry Road, where Beach had lost control of his vehicle, veered off the road, and crashed into a wooded area.

Beach was pronounced dead at the scene. The exact cause of the crash remains under investigation.
